-- FS.com (HKG:3355) has received a civil claim from Huawei Technologies alleging trademark infringement, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Huawei is seeking an order for the company to cease the alleged infringement and to pay compensation, the filing said.
FS.com said the products cited in the claim accounted for less than 0.2% of its 2025 revenue and that it believes its products do not infringe Huawei's trademark rights.
The direct-to-customer networking equipment provider added that the case is at an early stage and has no material impact on its operations or financial position.
