Huaqin Technology's (SHA:603296) subsidiary, Shanghai Moqin Intelligent Technology, plans to invest 100.5 million yuan in a partnership fund as a limited partner, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The fund, Beijing Zirui Xinxing Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership), has a subscribed capital worth 321.6 million yuan, but the final amount is subject to the partners' subscribed capital contributions.
The computer manufacturer will own 31.2% of the partnership fund.

Sequoia Financial Group (ASX:SEQ) former Chief Executive Garry Crole has been banned by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for 10 years from performing any function involved in carrying on a financial services business as a director or responsible manager, according to a Tuesday statement by ASIC.The regulator said Crole failed to adequately respond to serious concerns about the financial advice model used by former Interprac-authorized representatives, who advised thousands of clients to invest superannuation in the now-collapsed First Guardian and Shield Master Funds.The company did not immediately respond to anemail request for comment.
