Huang Hsiang Construction (TPE:2545) sold 115,000 shares of MediaTek (TPE:2454) on Friday for NT$535.9 million, according to a Friday filing.
The shares were sold at an average price of NT$4,659.9 each, generating a gain of NT$2.5 million, the company said.
Following the transaction, Huang Hsiang Construction held 45,000 MediaTek shares worth NT$208.7 million, representing a 0.0028% stake.
The company said the disposal was aimed at improving capital utilization efficiency.
