Huaan Securities (SHA:600909) has issued its third tranche of 2026 short-term bonds, raising a total of 1.5 billion yuan.
The 168-day bonds, which were issued on July 10, carry a coupon rate of 1.49% and are priced at 100 yuan per bond, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Saturday.
The bonds will mature and become payable on Dec. 25.
Shares of the securities firm fell over 6% in recent trade.
