Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor (HKG:1347, SHA:688347) recorded a 386% surge in profit attributable to owners of parents in the second quarter to $38.6 million from $8 million a year prior.
Earnings per share increased to $0.022 from $0.005 previously, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Revenue jumped 27% to a record high of $717.5 million from $566.1 million in the year-ago period, driven mainly by a rise in wafer shipments and improved average selling price.
The company expects revenue of between $770 million and $780 million for the third quarter of 2026.
Hua Hong Grace recently received registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the acquisition of Huali Microelectronics.
