HSS Holdings' ACE Market IPO Oversubscribed

HSS Holdings Berhad's (KLSE:HSSBAKERY) issuance of 25 million new shares to the Malaysian public in conjunction with its initial public offering was oversubscribed 10.56 times, according to a Thursday bourse filing.

The offering received 5,097 applications for 289.1 million shares worth 52 million ringgit.

The Bumiputera portion attracted 2,523 applications for 103.6 million shares, representing an oversubscription rate of 7.29 times.

The public portion received 2,574 applications for 185.5 million shares, representing an oversubscription rate of 13.84 times.

The 10 million shares reserved for eligible directors, employees, and contributors were fully subscribed.

Beijing Balance Medical Technology (SHA:688198) plans to repurchase shares worth between 50 million yuan and 100 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.The company will buy back between 359,583 shares and 719,165 shares, which represents 0.26% to 0.52% of the company's total shares, within 12 months after the approval of the board of directors.The maximum repurchase price will be 139.05 yuan per share.The repurchased shares will be used for the company's employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives.The medical device manufacturer's shares rose 1% during the morning trade.
