HSBC Issues 3.75 Billion Euros in Senior Unsecured Notes

HSBC (HKG:0005) has issued 3.75 billion euros in senior unsecured notes in three tranches under its debt issuance program, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The offering consists of 1 billion euros in floating rate notes due 2030, 1.25 billion euros in 4.431% fixed-to-floating rate notes due 2032, and 1.5 billion euros in 4.777% fixed-to-floating rate notes due 2037.

The notes have been listed on the Financial Conduct Authority's Official List and admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
