Hotai Motor (TPE:2207) agreed to participate in an urban renewal project covering 15 land parcels in Taipei's Zhongshan District, Taiwan.
The company signed an Urban Renewal Project Plan Consent Form with Jingsheng Development, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The company's four land lots have a pre-renewal appraised rights value of NT$651.4 million.
The final allocation of property rights and values will be subject to review and approval by the Taipei City Government, it said.
