Hormel Foods to Sell Brazilian Ceratti Operations to Zanchetta Alimentos

Hormel Foods (HRL) signed a definitive deal to sell its Brazilian operations, housed under the Ceratti brand, to Zanchetta Alimentos, according to a statement Monday.

Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale is in line with the company's move to streamline its portfolio, Hormel said.

Hormel said it estimates the sale to have a "minimal impact" on its adjusted results for fiscal 2026 and expects the transaction to close in the coming weeks.
