Hopson Development Logs 636 Million Yuan in June Contracted Sales

Hopson Development Holdings (HKG:0754) recorded contracted sales of around 636 million yuan in June, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The sales comprise 601 million yuan and 35 million yuan in property and decoration contracted sales, respectively.

In the first half of 2026, contracted sales reached roughly 3.43 billion yuan, divided into nearly 3 billion yuan and 457 million yuan, respectively, of property and decoration contracted sales.

Gross floor area (GFA) for the half year stood at approximately 167,839 square meters, with an average selling price of 17,690 yuan per square meter.

AMP's Balance of Business Looks to be Performing Better than Consensus Expectations, Jefferies Says

AMP's (ASX:AMP) balance of the business looks to be performing better than consensus expectations, Jefferies said in a Thursday note.AMP reported that first half underlying net profit after tax is likely to fall between AU$170 million and AU$180 million, with a consensus forecast of AU$142 million, due to factors which include a stronger contribution from the China partnerships as well as improved investment income.It will recognize AU$18 million of pre-tax carried interest in the period within Other Partnerships, relating to DigitalBridge's sale of a 51% stake in the remaining assets of a legacy AMP Capital infrastructure fund.
