Honz Pharmaceutical (SHE:300086) obtained drug registration for its carbocisteine granules from China's drug regulator, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The drug is indicated for treating thick sputum and difficulty in expectoration caused by diseases such as bronchitis and bronchial asthma.
The approval is valid for 24 months.
Shares of the pharmaceutical company closed less than 1% higher Tuesday.
