Honyi International (TPE:4530) changed its name to Tianyi Water Energy Solutions on July 8, following shareholder approval and regulatory clearance, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The company said shareholders approved the name change on June 24, and it received approval from the Taipei City Office of Commerce on July 9.
Its trading symbol will also change from "Honyi" to "Tianyi." The stock code, however, will remain unchanged at "4530", it said.
