Hongkong Land (SGX:H78) logged $259 million in underlying profit attributable to shareholders for the first half, compared with $233 million a year ago, a Tuesday filing showed.
Underlying EPS moved to $0.1207 from $0.1058 year over year.
For the six months ended June 30, total revenue was $632.7 million versus $751.2 million previously, the Singapore-listed property company added.
Meanwhile, the board proposed an interim dividend of $0.08 per share, payable Oct. 14 to shareholders on record Aug. 21. It paid $0.06 per share a year ago.
Looking ahead, the company flagged an upgrade to full-year underlying profit guidance, adding that it expects growth to be in line with the interim period.
