Shenzhen Hongfuhan Technology (SHE:301086), through subsidiary Hong Kong Hongfuhan Technology, will acquire a power station in the Republic of Congo's Kambove mining area, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The Chinese automation equipment manufacturer's shares dropped 5% at the close of Thursday's trading.
The company will own the power station's project company, COP Digital Energy, through its full acquisition of Gepai Holding for 20.5 million yuan, and its subsidiaries connected to COP.
Gepai will be acquired from Greatpower Holding.
