Hong Kong Bourse Conducts Hearing on Zhejiang Taotao Vehicles' Secondary Offering

Zhejiang Taotao Vehicles (SHE:301345) said the Hong Kong bourse conducted the listing hearing for its application for a secondary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Tuesday after-hours disclosure to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

In the published document, the outdoor leisure and electrified mobility products maker plans to use the proceeds from its planned offering to expand production in mainland China and overseas, grow its product offerings, widen its sales and service network, repay bank loans, and boost working capital, according to a post-hearing information pack submitted Monday to the Hong Kong bourse.
