Hon Hai Precision Industry (TPE:2317), also known as Foxconn, said its unit Fulian Yuzhan Precision Technology acquired machinery and equipment worth about 76.8 million yuan.
The equipment was purchased from an affiliate Shenzhen Fulian Ling Yun Guang Technology between July 2025 to June 2026, under group resource integration efforts, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The acquisition will boost operational efficiency within the group, it said.
