HM Exploration Lists on OTCQB Venture Market

By

HM Exploration's (HM.CN) shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the HMEXF symbol, the company said Wednesday.

The commencement of trading on the OTCQB was effective June 8.

HM is currently executing its maiden drill program at the Lewis Pilley's project in Newfoundland, where three of the first five holes successfully intersected sulfide mineralization.

"The OTCQB listing means U.S. investors now have direct and accessible participation in HM's story at what we believe is a pivotal time for the project," CEO Nick Rodway said. "We look forward to reporting assay results and continuing to advance our programs."

There will be no change to HM's trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the HM ticker or on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the X5H symbol, the company said.
