Hitachi Construction Machinery's (TYO:6305) subsidiary, Hitachi Construction Machinery Japan, will change its name to LANDCROS Japan Corp. effective April 1, 2027.
The change aligns with the parent company's rebranding to LANDCROS Corp., according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.
Other subsidiaries with "Hitachi Construction Machinery" in their names will also adopt the "LANDCROS" branding going forward.
