Hinge Health Analysis Finds Musculoskeletal Program Saves Nearly $3,000 a Year for Each Member

Hinge Health (HNGE) said Wednesday that a medical claims analysis of its digital musculoskeletal program found an average cost savings of $2,941 per member per year, and a threefold return on investment for employers and health plans.

As a result of the program, Hinge Health members had 69% fewer surgeries, 61% fewer injections, and 68% fewer imaging scans, it said.

Chronic musculoskeletal pain is a leading cause of disability and healthcare costs in the US, according to Hinge.
