Hindustan Unilever (NSE:HINDUNILVR, BOM:500696) recorded an attributable profit of 26.7 billion Indian rupees in the first fiscal quarter, down from 27.6 billion rupees a year prior.
Earnings per share fell to 11.38 rupees from 11.73 rupees in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Indian bourse.
