HG Metal Manufacturing (SGX:BTG), along with unnamed joint venture partners, submitted a tender called by Singapore's National Environment Agency for the development and operation of a metal recovery facility, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
The partners intend to establish an entity to develop, design, build and operate the project, in which the company will have a 51% controlling stake.
The steel products trader and manufacturer did not provide the terms of the tender proposal, tying the disclosure to the success of the bid.
