Heron Neutron Medical Corp (TPE:7799) signed a NT$2.74 billion construction contract with Immense Team to build the Heron Biomedical Science Park Innovation Building on leased land, according to a Wednesday filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
The project follows a board-approved capital budget to construct a new factory and office facility.
The company's shares were up over 4% recently.

Lakala Payment (SHE:300773) has decided to terminate its proposed secondary listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The digital payment service provider initially approved the overseas listing plans in August and September 2025.However, due to changes in the market environment and adjustments to its plans, the board voted at a meeting on Tuesday to scrap the plan.
