Hero MotoCorp Subscribes to INR9.6 Billion Warrants in Ather Energy

Hero MotoCorp (NSE:HEROMOTOCO, BOM:500182) said Ather Energy (NSE:ATHERENERG, BSE:544397) allotted 7.6 million convertible warrants to the company at an issue price of 1,260 rupees per warrant, for an aggregate subscription amount of about 9.6 billion rupees.

Hero MotoCorp paid 2.4 billion rupees, or 25% of the issue price, on Tuesday, while the remaining 75% will be payable upon exercising the warrants into Ather equity shares, according to a filing to the Indian exchanges
