Hengtong Optic-Electric (SHA:600487) proposed to add approximately 1.2 million yuan to its daily related-party transactions for the year, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
The related-party transactions include acceptance of services, purchases and sales of goods, and property leasing.
The board previously approved an estimate worth 3.97 billion yuan for this year's related-party transactions.
The fiber-optic cable manufacturer's shares climbed 8% during the morning trade.

Lakala Payment (SHE:300773) has decided to terminate its proposed secondary listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The digital payment service provider initially approved the overseas listing plans in August and September 2025.However, due to changes in the market environment and adjustments to its plans, the board voted at a meeting on Tuesday to scrap the plan.
