Henan Yuneng Injects 1.1 Billion Yuan in Xiantian Computing

Henan Yuneng (SHE:001896) contributed 1.1 billion yuan and Henan Investment Group 1.4 billion yuan to Xiantian Computing, according to a weekend filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Henan Yuneng now holds 42.3% of Xiantian Computing, and Henan Investment Group holds the remaining 57.7%.

Meanwhile, Xiantian Computing, Orient Asset and Huirong Huisuan have completed the transfer of the 91.2% stake in Zhengzhou Heying. Xiantian Computing holds a 75.7% stake in Zhengzhou Heying.

Shares of Henan Yuneng rose 2% in recent trade.
