Helium One Global's Partner Extends Offtake Deal for Galactica-Pegasus JV in US

Helium One Global (HE1.L) said Tuesday that project operator Blue Star Helium extended the helium purchase and sales agreement for their 50/50 Galactica-Pegasus development project in Colorado, US.

The offtake deal, which continues to cover all helium produced at the project's Pinon Canyon plant, will now expire on March 31, 2027, instead of Monday. The extension provides continuity of delivery and revenue through the first quarter of 2027 as Blue Star continues negotiations on wider, longer-term offtake arrangements.
