Hebei Haiwei Electronic's CFO Steps Down; Successor Named

Hebei Haiwei Electronic New Material Technology's (HKG:9609) Chief Financial Officer Sheng Zhixuan resigned effective Tuesday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.

The move comes for Sheng to devote more time to his continuing responsibilities, including matters relating to corporate governance, Listing Rules compliance and internal control.

The Chinese capacitor film manufacturer, on the same day, named Xu Haiqiang as its new CFO. Xu previously worked at Moore Da Hua Certified Public Accountants from 2012 to 2026.
