Healthy Life Agritec (BOM:543546) has received the "consent to operate" license from the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board for its unit in Bangalore in the state of Karnataka, India, according to a Tuesday filing with the BSE.
The license is valid from May 12, 2025, to Sept. 30, 2035, the food products manufacturer said.
The company's shares were up nearly 4% in recent trade.

Both agreements will expire on Dec. 31, 2029, it said.The GB3 plant's original 21-year PPA expired in December 2022, while the SEV plant's initial 21-year agreement expired in June 2017 and was followed by a 10-year extension ending in June 2027, the filing said.
