HDC's IPARK Hyundai Wins KRW900 Billion Uijeongbu Redevelopment Contract

HDC's (KRX:012630) subsidiary IPark Hyundai Development has been selected as the main contractor for the Uijeongbu Jangam District 2 Redevelopment Project, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The estimated construction value is 900.2 billion won, which equates to about 22% of the parent company's consolidated fiscal 2025 sales of 4.15 trillion won.

The contract was confirmed on Monday, following the Aug. 29 award date, and covers 13 apartment buildings with 2,344 units and ancillary facilities.

Under the expanded agreement, MediaTek will adopt Nvidia's NVLink Fusion platform, designed to help hyperscalers, cloud providers, and AI model developers build custom accelerator chips that connect into Nvidia's rack-scale data center systems.The pact also entails enhancing existing collaboration on Nvidia RTX Spark and DGX Spark chips for consumer and enterprise PCs, as well as AI-powered automotive platforms built around MediaTek's Dimensity Auto line.
