HDC Hyundai Development's IPARK Wins KRW231.9 Billion Paju Medical Cluster Apartment Project

HDC Hyundai Development's (KRX:294870) unit IPARK has been awarded a 231.9 billion won construction order for Apartment Complex 1BL of the Paju Medical Cluster Project from PMC & Company.

The contract combines architectural, electrical, and information and communications construction costs and represents 5.6% of the company's latest fiscal year consolidated sales of 4.147 trillion won.

The project covers an area of 410, Seopae-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and involves seven apartment buildings with two basement levels and up to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 910 units plus ancillary and commercial facilities.

The effective contract date is Sept. 18, with a 31-month construction period from actual commencement and payments funded from pre-sale proceeds.
