HD Hyundai Heavy Industries' (KRX:329180) production, including the manufacturing of ships, is expected to be suspended from July 29 to July 31.
The suspension will affect roughly 17.6 trillion won in sales, according to a Monday filing with the South Korea bourse.
The suspension comes due to the implementation of special safety training and inspections at all worksites to eliminate serious accidents.
