The sales of HD Hyundai Heavy Industries (KRX:329180) increased 19.4% to 1.606 trillion won in August from 1.346 trillion won in the same period last year, according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.
Cumulative sales in the January-August period jumped 47.5% to 15.895 trillion won from 10.774 trillion won, the filing said.

South Korea's main stock market, the Korea Exchange, will enable trading till 8 pm following the regular close at 3:30 pm from Monday, in its move toward 24-hour trading, Bloomberg News reported Sunday.This decision opens 2,400 Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or Kospi, and Kosdaq stocks for evening trades, which include short-selling.
