Hazer Group Completes Graphite Pelletizing Program

Hazer Group (ASX:HZR) completed its graphite pelletizing program, further expanding the potential commercial applications of the company's graphite product, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Third-party testing produced graphite pellets without impacting the efficacy of the graphite product characteristics, allowing the company to offer the graphite in either a powder or pelletized form, the filing said.

Shares rose past 1% in morning trade Monday.

Alcidion Group Secures Seven-Year Contract With University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust; Shares Up 5%

Alcidion Group (ASX:ALC) secured a seven-year agreement with University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust to deploy its electronic patient record platform, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.The agreement is valued at around AU$35 million in total, with the possibility of increasing to AU$49 million over 10 years if additional modules such as emergency and patient administration systems are implemented, per the filing.The company will deploy its flagship modular Miya Precision platform, including Miya Observations and Assessments, and will introduce its virtual care solution in the United Kingdom for the first time to support remote monitoring and care delivery, the filing said.Revenue of around AU$8.5 million is expected to be recognized in the fiscal 2026, largely driven by an upfront license fee, with implementation beginning immediately, taking about 18 months, and a phased go-live targeted for June 2027, the filing added.Alcidion Group's shares jumped nearly 5% in recent Monday trade.

Ionic Rare Earths to Supply Advanced Magnet Lab With Rare Earth Oxides

Ionic Rare Earths (ASX:IXR) signed a binding sales agreement to supply US-based Advanced Magnet Lab with magnet rare earth oxides including neodymium/praseodymium oxide and dysprosium oxide, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.The companies have also entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding to collaborate on both the supply of magnet rare earth oxides and the recycling of swarf and pre-consumer waste, per the filing.Under the partnership, Advanced Magnet Lab will supply swarf and waste streams to Ionic Rare Earths, which will recycle them back to separated magnet rare earth oxides for return to Advanced Magnet Lab.
