Hansol Technics to Finalize Rights Offering Price on July 9; Shares Decline Over 6%

Hansol Technics (KRX:004710) said the preliminary issue price for its planned rights offering is 9,350 won, and the final price is expected to be disclosed on July 9, according to a Friday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The final issue price will be the lower of the first and second issue prices, the filing said.

Shares of Hansol Technics fell more than 6% in recent trade.

Lygend Resources' Indonesia Project Starts Commercial Operation; Shares Jump 5%

Lygend Resources & Technology (HKG:2245) said all production lines at the KPS project, the second phase of its RKEF ferronickel project in Indonesia, commenced commercial operation in May, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.The KPS project comprises 12 production lines with a designed annual capacity of 185,000 metal tons of ferronickel.The startup means all production lines at the company's Obi Island project are now fully operational, giving Lygend a total annual nickel production capacity of 400,000 metal tons.Shares of the nickel company gained over 5% in Friday morning trade.

Conrad Asia Energy's (ASX:CRD) unit, West Natuna Exploration, formally executed a binding contract with PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia through the PDSI-ADES Consortium for the provision of a jack-up drilling rig to support the development of the Mako gas field offshore Indonesia, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.West Natuna is the operator of the Duyung production sharing contract in the Natuna Sea, offshore Indonesia.The scope of work includes the drilling of six development wells and the installation of the conductor support frame. The contract is expected to start in the June quarter of 2027, and it has a term of 180 days.Its shares rose 7% in recent trading on Friday.
