Hankyu Hanshin REIT (TYO:8977) said it completed the acquisition of a 30% quasi-co-ownership interest in PMO Umeda for 3.3 billion yen, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.
The Tokyo-listed company said that the acquisition covers a domestic real estate trust beneficiary interest in Osaka, and the purchase price excludes acquisition-related expenses, including property tax, city planning tax and consumption tax.
