Hankuk Carbon (KRX:017960) said it will merge with its wholly owned subsidiary HC Networks in a small-scale merger, improving management efficiency and enhancing corporate value.
Following the completion, Hankuk Carbon will remain the surviving company, while HC Networks will be dissolved, according to a Friday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The merger contract is scheduled to be signed on Aug. 18, with completion planned for Nov. 2 and registration scheduled on Nov. 9.
