Hanking Gold International's (HKG:3788) wholly owned subsidiary Primary Gold has awarded two contracts worth a combined approximately A$121 million for construction of the 5.5 million-tonne-per-year processing plant at its Mt Bundy Gold Project in Australia.
Delonix Solutions Projects received a fixed-price contract worth A$92.48 million for the dry plant, with completion and commissioning targeted for December 2027.
CPC Engineering was awarded an A$28.5 million contract, including a 15% contingency, to manage engineering, procurement and construction of the wet plant, which is expected to be commissioned in early 2028.
The project is expected to support first gold production in the first quarter of 2028.
Shares of the company fell nearly 3% in recent trade.
