Hanison Construction (HKG:0896) expects a loss of between HK$880 million and HK$900 million for the year ended March 31, wider than HK$295.3 million a year prior, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The construction engineering company attributed the forecast mainly to a net loss on the disposal of a hotel, The Connaught, as well as a net revaluation loss on properties held by the company.
