Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Lowers Bond Conversion Price

Hangzhou Oxygen Plant (SHE:002430) lowered the conversion price of its Hangyang convertible bond to 25.67 yuan per share from 25.97 yuan per share, effective June 9.

The adjustment follows the company's 2025 profit distribution plan, which pays a cash dividend of 3.00 yuan per 10 shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Shares of the industrial gas manufacturer closed 1% higher Tuesday.
