Hangzhou Lion Electronics (SHA:605358) turned to an attributable profit of 47.3 million yuan in the first half from an attributable loss of 210.1 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The semiconductor silicon wafer maker logged earnings per share of 0.12 yuan compared with a loss per share of 0.19 yuan in the prior-year period.
Operating revenue grew 26% year over year to 2.09 billion yuan from 1.67 billion yuan.
Shares fell 3% during afternoon trading on Monday.
