Han's Laser Technology Industry (SHE:002008) will invest an additional $115 million to establish an overseas operations center in Southeast Asia, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The investment will add to the $150 million announced in February, bringing the total to $265 million, the filing said.
The intelligent manufacturing equipment maker has not yet specified the facility's location in Southeast Asia.

Omesti (KLSE:OMESTI) proposed to consolidate every five existing shares into one share, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.As at Aug. 17, Omesti had 2.32 billion shares in issue. Under the minimum scenario, the consolidation will reduce this to 464.5 million shares.
