HAECO and China Aircraft Leasing (HKG:1848) signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly develop an engine lifecycle support platform in Hong Kong, according to a Thursday press release.
The proposed platform will initially focus on quick-turn engine services, hospital repairs, and engine asset management.
The partnership will combine HAECO's aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul expertise with CALC's aircraft asset management and commercial capabilities, the companies said.
