GuocoLand's Malaysian Unit's Shareholders Vote in Favor of Delisting

Guocoland's (SGX:F17) Malaysia-listed unit, GucoLand (Malaysia) (KLSE:GUOCO) passed a special resolution for the delisting of the company via a selective capital reduction at an extraordinary general meeting on Friday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the developer were down under 1% in Monday trading.

Nine Entertainment (ASX:NEC) is relaunching its online gateway, shifting away from a fragmented platform toward a "cleaner" presentation focused on the six areas of news, sport, lifestyle, travel, entertainment, and shopping, according to a Monday statement.The re-launch includes a new app that rolls 9News into a nine.com.au-branded app, and will also feature a range of premium content, including video podcasts.As part of the initiative, 9Honey will be folded into the lifestyle domain, while wwos.com.au will fall under sport but still contain Wide World of Sport and Stan Sport branding. All of the 9Network's current television programming will continue to have its own sites under a TV pillar."The move to a single domain will allow Nine to quickly launch focused micro-newsletters for major events, such as federal elections, budgets, and cultural moments, and innovate with products that allow for deeper brand integration," the company said.

DroneShield's Sales Pipeline Disclosure Removal Net Negative for Forecasting Confidence, Jefferies Says

DroneShield's (ASX:DRO) removal of the sales pipeline disclosure represents the loss of a key leading indicator, which is a net negative for forecasting confidence, Jefferies said in a note on Monday.The company's pipeline momentum fell dramatically, with only around AU$6 million of incremental committed orders since April 20 weighing on expectations. Reduced disclosure further reduces forecasting confidence, prompting an around 10% downgrade for the revenue estimates and cuts of 3% to 5% for earnings-per-shares estimates from fiscal 2026 to fiscal 2028.The company's committed revenue pipeline rose to AU$161 million as of May 26, only slightly higher than AU$155 million as of April 20.Jefferies downgraded DroneShield to underperform from hold and cut the price target to AU$2.80 from AU$3.40.DroneShield's shares tumbled 11% in recent Monday trade.
