GuoCheng Mining (SHE:000688) filed a revised draft for its major asset purchase and related-party transaction involving CITIC Trust's Xinhua No. 57 equity trust plan.
The deal requires approvals by shareholders and other regulatory bodies, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the miner rose 1% in recent trade.
