Guangdong Advertising OKs Early Termination of 15-Year Lease

Guangdong Advertising (SHE:002400) said its board approved the early termination of a 15-year lease contract for the East Tower of Jinguang Building in China's Guangdong Province.

The property, spanning 3,492 square meters in Guangzhou, was leased to Guangdong Hanfei Plastic Surgery Hospital from October 2017 under a term ending September 2032, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The advertising and marketing company may re-list the property through a property rights exchange.
