Growthpoint Properties Australia Fiscal 2026 Funds From Operations, Property Revenue Up

Growthpoint Properties Australia (ASX:GOZ) logged AU$0.235 in funds from operations for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.233 a year ago, a Monday filing showed.

For the 12 months ended June 30, property revenue was AU$320.8 million versus AU$316.9 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.

The company reported a fiscal 2026 distribution of AU$0.184 per security, up from AU$0.182 a year ago. The final distribution of AU$0.092 is payable Aug. 28 to shareholders of record as of June 30.

Growthpoint guided for fiscal 2027 FFO of AU$0.226 per share to AU$0.235 per share and distribution of AU$0.184 per share.
