Granite Construction (GVA) said late Tuesday that it has called all of its 3.75% convertible senior notes due 2028 for redemption on Aug. 10.
The company said it will redeem the notes at par of the principal amount. It also said the notes may be converted at the election of the holder before the close of business on Aug. 6.
