Goodman New Zealand & Goodman Property Services Posts Higher Fiscal 2026 Cash Earnings, Lower Net Property Income

Goodman New Zealand & Goodman Property Services (NZE:GNZ) reported Tuesday fiscal 2026 cash earnings of NZ$0.0798 per share, up from NZ$0.0755 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of NZ$0.08.

Net property income for the 12 months ended March 31 was NZ$184.5 million, compared with NZ$230.5 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected NZ$194 million.

The company expects cash earnings to grow by around 5% in fiscal 2027, with dividends projected to reach NZ$0.0717 per security, representing a 5% increase on fiscal 2026.

The board declared a final dividend of NZ$0.0170625 per share, up from NZ$0.01625 a year earlier, payable June 18 to shareholders on record as of June 11.

Infratil Swings to Fiscal 2026 Profit, Posts Higher Revenue

Infratil (ASX:IFT, NZE:IFT) reported Tuesday that it swung to a profit of NZ$0.558 per share in the fiscal 2026 from a loss of NZ$0.315 a year earlier.Revenue for the 12 months ended March 31 was NZ$3.04 billion, compared with NZ$2.86 billion a year earlier.
