Goodcom Asset to Sell Residential Properties to Fifth Private Fund

-- Goodcom Asset (TYO:3475) will sell a portfolio of residential properties to its fifth privately placed real estate fund, as it expands its fund business, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The portfolio includes 10 condominium properties under the "Genovia" brand across Tokyo and nearby regions, totaling 584 units.

The buyer is a special-purpose company backed by Goodcom Asset and institutional investors through an anonymous partnership structure.

The company said the transaction value represents about 33% of its consolidated net sales for the fiscal year ended October 2025.

Goodcom Asset expects to complete the sale on April 30.
