GoFintech Quantum Reallocates HK$226.6 Million for Quantum Ecosystem Development

GoFintech Quantum Innovation (HKG:0290) will reallocate about HK$226.6 million of unused proceeds from its subscription of new shares under a general mandate to the development of its quantum ecosystem, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The company raised about HK$1.32 billion in net proceeds from the share subscription, which was completed March 17. The HK$226.6 million was originally earmarked for expanding the group's digital asset financial license business and related infrastructure in Hong Kong.

The reallocated funds will support development of the group's quantum ecosystem, including its quantum wallet, as it moves toward commercial-scale operations. The planned use of the remaining proceeds is unchanged.

Liquidators Issue Final Notice to Creditors for ST Group Units' Dissolution

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
